How does it work?

This self-paced, online program is designed to support you at different levels. You can use the program to give you several quick tips and tools or spend more time practicing the exercises using the accompanying Election Zen Workbook. Checkout involves a two-step process: Step 1: Account creation, where you willl fill out your name, email, and create a password. Step 2: Enter your payment details.

    Fear, anger, or angst are all appropriate reactions to what is going on in America today. We are NOT going to tell you to just “think positively.” Instead, we are going to give you resources to tap into your strengths, build your personal wellbeing resources, and turn your angst into calm, purposeful action. Election Zen is a nonpartisan, educational program designed for everyone.

  • What will I need to do?

    Once you purchase Election Zen for the significantly reduced price of $10 (normally $59) and create your Thinkific account you will be able to log in and access the program.* You will be able to download a printable Election Zen Guide that will guide you through the modules and serve as your practice journal. You can walk through the videos and exercises at your own pace.

  • Who are we?

    Election Zen was developed by a master practitioner of applied positive psychology. Jenny C. Brennan, MAPP, earned her Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 and then went on to develop educational programming for the International Positive Psychology Association. She was recently elected to the organization's International Council of Advisors.
